Rapid 5D Support Plans

Standard Support vs. Professional Services

Standard Support

Standard Support, that is included with Rapid 5D’s support plans, focuses on resolving problems related to the functionality of Trimble’s suite of products. This includes in-depth troubleshooting for operational and installation issues, reporting and tracking of software defects, and the handling of product enhancement requests.

Professional Services

Rapid 5D’s Professional Services Team is available for fee-based engagements on services such as, consulting, implementations, integrations, customisations, report writing, and training.
